Control Technology
The ATLAS-JO adopts a new generation intelligent vector elevator integration controller, featuring closed-loop vector control, CANbus communication, distance control, and multi-CPU operation. Developed with assembly and C language programming, it integrates industrial control, communication, and traditional elevator technologies.
Electric Drive
Driven by a permanent magnet synchronous gearless motor, the ATLAS-JO achieves a total transmission efficiency increase from 55% to 95% compared with worm gear drive elevators. It saves up to 40% energy, eliminates oil usage, and is more environmentally friendly.
Door Open and Close Control
Using the VVVF door operator control system, door opening and closing is smoother with reduced noise, ensuring synchronous action of landing and car doors.
Floor Display
Equipped with a large LED dot matrix display that is clear and bright for easy visibility.
Car Structure
Constructed with high-strength, high-quality steel and durable supporting components, making it reliable and easy to maintain.
Construction
Designed without a machine room, reducing construction costs and building height, while providing architects with greater flexibility for creative building design.
